Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are confirming you have read and agree to my Terms of Service (ToS).

GENERAL

  • Required files from client:
    ╰┈➤Final mix OR placeholder with final timing
    ╰┈➤Any illustrated assets (.png / .psd only, no .jpg)
    ╰┈➤ Any animated illustrations (.mp4/.mov, no .webm)
    ╰┈➤A script of the song or debut promo.

  • AI art submitted for animation will be rejected. This includes but is not limited to: Character art, backgrounds, assets.

  • Please have video references and/or a moodboard/visual references ready for me. If you have no set ideas I will create mood boards and style frames. Feel free to ask for major revisions at this point as it's easier for me to make major adjustments early on.

  • After the style and look of the video is agreed upon, only minor revision requests will be accepted. Major revisions that such as changing and overall looks and themes will result in an extra fee.

  • Your project will be added to my public work queue, please let me know if you would like your name to be marked anonymous.

  • I may share the finished parts of the final piece on my social media or use it for my portfolio except in the case of an NDA.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • All payments must be made through invoices provided by me via PayPal.

  • Production will begin once 50% (non-refundable) deposit or full is paid upfront.

  • If full upfront payment is made and the client wishes to cancel, only 50% will be refunded.

  • Continual non-communication may result in project cancellation without refund.

  • I will issue a full refund if I am unable to complete the video by no fault of the client.

  • Commercial/company orders are +50% fee. Rush orders/NDA are double the total price.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

  • Final video will be delivered after full payment has been made.

  • Files will be deleted off of Google Drive 3 weeks after delivery. Please download it before then or let me know if I need to leave it longer.

  • Some rush orders may not be accepted.

USE

  • Credit my Twitter (Video: 0406ND https://x.com/0406ND) where the work is uploaded. NDA fee will be charged if you wish to not credit me.

  • The client agrees to not modify my work without consent and to not use project deliverables to create any derivative works, repurposed assets, or any commercial purposes outside of the initial intended use. If the client wishes to make any additional uses of the work, the client agrees to seek permission and make such payments as are agreed to between the parties at that time.

  • 1080p 30fps .mp4 unless otherwise discussed

  • 1080p 30fps .mp4 unless otherwise discussed
