Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to all of my ToS.

GENERAL
➠ Final art and mix must be finished and ready for me to use or you will be moved down my waitlist. I will not make changes for the final project if the timing in the final mix differs.
➠AI art submitted for animation will be rejected. This includes but is not limited to: Character art, backgrounds, assets.
➠ Please provide a script of the song or debut promo.
➠ Please have video references and/or a moodboard/visual references ready for me. If you have no set ideas I will create mood boards and style frames. Feel free to ask for major revisions at this point as it's easier for me to make major adjustments early on.
➠ After the style and look of the video is agreed upon, only minor revision requests will be accepted. Major revisions that such as changing entire compositions and overall looks will result in an extra fee.
➠ I may share the finished parts of the final piece on my social media or use it for my portfolio except in the case of an NDA.PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
➠ PayPal USD only
➠ Pay 50% (non-refundable) or full upfront. If paid in full and client wishes to cancel, only 50% is refundable.
➠ I will issue a full refund if I am unable to complete the video by no fault of the client.
➠ Commercial/company orders are +50% fee. Rush orders/NDA are double the total price. Commercial usage is charged if the product is shown on stream/premieres that receive direct monetary profit through donations, superchats, ads, etc.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
➠ Final video will be delivered after full payment has been made.
➠ Files will be deleted off of Google Drive 3 weeks after delivery. Please download it before then.
➠ Some rush orders may not be accepted.USE
➠ Credit my Twitter (Video: 0406ND https://x.com/0406ND ) where the work is uploaded. NDA fee will be charged if you wish to not credit me.
➠ Do not resell, alter, or use the work for purposes other than its original intent without permission.
